Are you ready to define the next generation of AI-enabled finance transformation? We are partnering with a global EPM/ERP consultancy to build a brand-new AI-focused practice, and we want a senior leader to help shape it from the ground up.

About the Role

As our AI Product Lead, you’ll be the pivotal bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex financial and operational challenges into cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll guide the strategy for AI and analytics within EPM/ERP, helping enterprise clients unlock intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and ML-powered insights.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and shape a new AI practice within a top-tier consultancy
• Advise global clients on AI-enabled finance and operational transformation
• Integrate AI, ML, and predictive analytics into enterprise EPM/ERP solutions
• Work hands-on with Python, NLP, machine learning, SQL, and BI tools
• Define data governance, metadata management, and AI strategies for enterprise clients
• Mentor and inspire teams, driving innovation across full project lifecycles
• Collaborate with finance, banking, and ERP stakeholders to ensure AI enhances business outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years in EPM/ERP, preferably with consultancy experience
• Strong client-facing skills, confident across all project phases
• Experience with predictive analytics, ML forecasting, LLMs, Power BI, Azure, Databricks, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of financial data (accountancy or banking)
• Expertise in SQL, BI, ERP systems, and the application of AI to improve internal processes
• Agile methodology experience and a passion for solving complex business problems with AI
