Job - Internal Project/Program Manager V
Location: Frisco TX – Remote
Duration: 8 months with the possibility of extension
Note - No C2C or No Sponsorships, Only on W2
Role Summary
This is a 100% remote position. The Internal Project/Program Manager will lead internal projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality objectives. The role involves planning, controlling, and managing projects while coordinating corporate and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions for internal business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Provide strategic direction for complex projects affecting multiple divisions or business units.
- Develop innovative approaches and solutions to internal problems.
- Exercise independent judgment in determining methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
- Participate in cross-division and multi-functional teams as needed.
Required Skills & Expertise
Mastery & Leadership:
- Recognized authority in relevant subject matter, including technologies, theories, or techniques.
- Ability to operate in complex disciplines critical to the organization’s success.
- Capable of developing strategies and leading large-scale projects with long-term organizational impact.
- Provides highly innovative solutions and mentors others in project management excellence.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, operational policies, and processes.
- Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
- PMP certification required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
