Job - Internal Project/Program Manager V

Location: Frisco TX – Remote

Duration: 8 months with the possibility of extension

Role Summary

This is a 100% remote position. The Internal Project/Program Manager will lead internal projects, ensuring they meet scope, time, budget, and quality objectives. The role involves planning, controlling, and managing projects while coordinating corporate and third-party vendor efforts to implement solutions for internal business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide strategic direction for complex projects affecting multiple divisions or business units.
• Develop innovative approaches and solutions to internal problems.
• Exercise independent judgment in determining methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
• Participate in cross-division and multi-functional teams as needed.

• Recognized authority in relevant subject matter, including technologies, theories, or techniques.

• Capable of developing strategies and leading large-scale projects with long-term organizational impact.

Technical & Professional Skills:

• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, operational policies, and processes.
• Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.
• PMP certification required.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex projects.
