Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level strategic counsel and governance oversight to the Genius Launchpad program.
  • Leverage networks to support global expansion, partnership development, and market access.
  • Advise on compliance, cross-border operations, and investment-readiness frameworks.
  • Participate in quarterly virtual board meetings and contribute to annual review processes.
  • Champion the mission and elevate visibility with governments, trade agencies, and investor communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 25+ years of experience in international business, public-private partnerships, or high-level diplomacy.
  • Prior board or advisory committee experience with global firms or development initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. market entry strategies, international investment trends, or bilateral trade policy.
  • Proven ability to connect stakeholders across continents and sectors.

Term & Commitment:

  • Advisory term: 2 years (renewable)
  • Commitment: Approximately 4–6 hours per quarter (including board meetings, special advisory sessions, and event representation)
