Description

The Business Enablement Partner is a strategic role responsible for designing and implementing business solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction within our engines and brands. This role focuses on evaluating current processes, architecting future-state workflows, and leading change initiatives across sales, recruiting, client delivery functions and support functions. Operating outside of IT, the Business Enablement Partner partners with business leaders, field operations, and enabling teams to ensure solutions are practical, sustainable, and aligned with organizational goals.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities (it is a Individual Contributor role), the ability to influence strategic directions, and a commitment to mentorship and knowledge sharing.

Process Evaluation:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, recruiters, account managers, and support teams.
  • Assess current-state workflows across staffing operations (e.g., candidate sourcing, onboarding, time sheet management, client reporting), engaging accountable teams accordingly.
  • Identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design future-state processes that enhance speed-to-fill, reduce manual effort, and improve client and candidate experience.
  • Ensure that all process improvements align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.


Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Develop business solutions that integrate processes, people, data and technology (e.g., VMS/ATS workflows, CRM enhancements, onboarding platforms).
  • Translate operational needs into solution designs, including process maps, business requirements, and implementation plans. Collaborates with support functions (e.g. IT, Accounting, P&C, etc.), and vendor partners to validate feasibility and ensure alignment.


Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of improvement projects and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Develop documentation for improved processes and standard operating procedures.


Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Use statistical methods to validate the impact of process improvements, including return on investment (ROI) and cost savings.
  • Identify and elevate trends and themes, creating a business case for change to leadership for evaluation


Project Leadership:

  • Manage cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
  • Align multiple projects simultaneously as a program, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
  • Define and manage project scope, success criteria, and resource needs
  • Ensure that required documentation (e.g. Charter, Plan/Timeline, etc.) and report on project progress to stakeholders regularly.
  • Coordinate with business units to manage dependencies and resolve blockers.
  • Partner with dedicated Project Managers from IT/PMO when assigned on larger projects.


Change Enablement:

  • Design and lead initiatives that significantly impact the way teams work to support adoption of the new processes and tools across field and corporate teams.
  • Develop communication, training, and engagement strategies, engaging stakeholders and subject matter experts to drive/execute as needed.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and feedback post-launch, as well as lead/participate in Lessons Learned sessions to identify improvement opportunities.


Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field/equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, solution design, or strategic operations, preferably within the staffing or professional services industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing workflows, including VMS/ATS systems, onboarding, and client delivery.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change in fast-paced, complex environments.
  • Familiarity with process modeling tools and change management frameworks (e.g., Lucid, Kotter).
  • Experience working outside of IT in a business-facing role.
  • Skilled in building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


Nice to Have:

  • Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma Certification (Yellow Belt/Green Belt) and/or PMP Certification.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Middle/Back Office application experience (e.g. Oracle, PeopleSoft).
  • Experience with Business Process Automation technology.
