Responsibilities (verbatim): Be the first voice potential clients hear — up to 6 phone evaluations daily with empathy, professionalism, and sharp case instincts; Research claims, spot patterns, and draft concise internal memos that help attorneys move fast and decide smart; Keep the firm's CRM, documents, and calendars immaculate — the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything else possible. Collaborate across teams and step in where needed, including supporting new-hire training.
