Partner Enablement Strategy: Define how partners are enabled to sell and deliver; establish onboarding, certification, and ongoing readiness aligned to channel growth goals. Proactive Capability Building: Anticipate future skill and knowledge needs (6–18 months) based on market, product, and competitive shifts; develop structured learning paths. Enablement Architecture & Governance: Establish standards, systems, and a clear definition of success across GTM functions; ensure efforts are coordinated, prioritized, and scalable. Execution & Delivery: Design and deliver high-impact programs and core assets (playbooks, messaging, onboarding), balancing strategic ownership with hands-on execution.
