Job Description: You'll build and lead ExtraHop's partner program strategy, driving engagement from reseller and referral partners and scaling revenue through large enterprise opportunities via an agreed partner list. This is a builder role requiring someone who can create structure from concepts and own a global partner ecosystem across AMS, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a partner program strategy driving reseller and referral engagement
  • Work with channel ops on the operational framework for tracking partner engagement
  • Develop the partner lifecycle and engagement points during each stage
  • Identify new markets and partners for regional scale
  • Build customized sales programs with large partners
  • Execute new partner agreements across AMS/EMEA/APAC/LATAM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, product, finance, and legal

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years working with channel partners in security, networking, or enterprise software
  • Experience with partner onboarding, partner agreements, reporting, and enablement
  • Executive-level engagement and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can create structure from ideas
