Job Description: A senior finance leader role responsible for advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support across the business. You'll partner with executive leadership and cross-functional GTM, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver insights that inform strategy and support scalable growth. Requires strong SaaS and GTM finance expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of core SaaS metrics and KPIs including ARR, bookings, renewals, and CLV
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models in Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau
• Partner with the CRO and Sales Operations on capacity planning, quota setting, and commission analysis
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership on bookings, revenue, and pipeline
• Lead design and delivery of executive-ready reporting and dashboards
• Prepare Monthly Reporting Packages, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Board-level presentations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 10+ years in FP&A or strategic finance; PE-backed or public company experience a plus
• 5+ years in technology or SaaS finance
• Deep expertise in SaaS GTM finance and revenue models
• Expert-level financial modeling, advanced Excel, Salesforce required
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred; Tableau, NetSuite experience a bonus
