  • Partner in the product triad to define problems, frame opportunities, and influence roadmap
  • Embed continuous discovery practices (research, prototyping, validation) in team workflows
  • Establish best practices for Figma, prototyping, and developer handoff
  • Conduct Design QA to ensure shipped experiences meet design intent
  • Mentor and develop designers; coach, critique, and guide
  • Incorporate AI tools into design workflows for faster ideation and prototyping
  • Define and measure success with qualitative and quantitative signals

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in product design, UX, or related field with shipped work portfolio
  • Proven ability to lead design within cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience in continuous discovery including problem framing and validation
  • Advanced Figma proficiency including systems thinking, prototyping, developer handoff
  • Experience performing Design QA and working closely with engineering through implementation
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Healthcare, health-tech, or regulated environment experience preferred
