Job Description: You'll lead initial outreach to targeted accounts, working with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You'll leverage creative prospecting tactics to engage multiple buyer personas, introduce GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, and generate qualified meetings and pipeline for the Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings in your assigned territory
  • Generate New Logo opportunities and Growth opportunities on existing customer accounts
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and create Stage 1 and Stage 3 Sales Accepted Opportunities
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge
  • Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence (call, email, social) using Outreach
  • Track and report all activities accurately in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on targeted campaigns
  • Mentor new BDR hires during onboarding

Requirements:

  • Positive, energetic phone presence; excellent listening and writing skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of outreach and follow through consistently
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach or similar tools
  • Previous tech industry or sales development experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English required
