Job Description: You'll design, develop, and deploy ML/AI models and pipelines that power intelligent products. You'll work closely with data engineers, product managers, and software engineers to bring AI capabilities from research and prototyping into production systems that serve real enterprise use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build machine learning models and data pipelines for production deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML requirements and success metrics
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate to improve
• Contribute to the architecture of scalable AI systems
• Stay current with ML research and assess applicability to product needs

Requirements:

• Solid grounding in ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, etc.)
• Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
• Strong communication skills to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders
