Job Description: You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for GitLab's Tenant Scale team — responsible for ensuring GitLab.com can scale to millions of customers efficiently through a cells-based architecture. This is a technically complex, high-impact role operating at the intersection of infrastructure, platform, and product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product roadmap for tenant-scale infrastructure initiatives
• Partner with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities
• Synthesize customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals into clear requirements
• Communicate roadmap direction, decisions, and trade-offs clearly to leadership and teams
• Establish success metrics and drive continuous iteration based on data and feedback
• Contribute to GitLab's public handbook and work transparently with the wider community

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management for technical or infrastructure products
• Strong technical foundation — comfortable working closely with engineers on complex systems
• Experience with SaaS platforms at scale, ideally with multi-tenant or infrastructure products
• Excellent written communication skills for an async-first environment
• Alignment with GitLab's values and ways of working
