Job Description: You'll be the primary driver of Sched's product roadmap, leading the company's transformation from an episodic event tool into a daily-use AI-native platform. This is not a backlog-management role — you'll own strategy, direct the design team, deploy AI agent features, and close the loop with customers constantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Weekly Active Organizations (WAO) by shifting Sched from an event tool to a daily-use platform
• Identify and deploy AI Agent features that automate high-friction administrative workflows
• Establish a predictable, high-performance Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
• Regularly engage with customers and synthesize feedback into strategic direction
• Provide leadership and accountability for UI/UX designers
• Build functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude, Lovable, v0, etc.)
• Defend roadmap decisions with data from Amplitude, BigQuery, and other sources

Requirements:

• A builder who uses AI tools (Claude, Lovable, v0) to prototype, not just write specs
• Writes engineering-ready PRDs with direct links to customer pain points
• Experience or strong demonstrated capability in B2B SaaS product management
• Comfortable with data-driven prioritization and ruthless trade-off decisions
• Willing to challenge assumptions and make calls under ambiguity
