Job Description: You'll independently own your product workflow from design to deployment, committing code daily to build a healthcare product that is genuinely changing lives. This role demands an experienced, autonomous engineer who takes pride in their craft, moves fast, and gets their work into the hands of live users constantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code
• Build and maintain new user-facing features from database models to UI components
• Create services and APIs to drive existing and new features for web applications
• Maintain system health, refactor, and improve code on a continuous deployment cadence
• Write clear specs to ensure product and code quality before deployment
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners in product and design

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant full-stack experience (frontend and backend)
• Strong React fundamentals and TypeScript/Node background
• Experience with NestJS, Fastify, or Express
• PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure familiarity (Heroku, AWS)
• Experience in startup environments with continuous deployment
• Impeccable communication skills and the ability to absorb feedback well
