Job Description: You'll conduct outbound prospecting and appointment setting on behalf of LevelUp Leads' B2B tech clients, qualifying leads and booking meetings with decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute cold outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to qualified prospect lists
- Qualify leads using established frameworks and book discovery meetings for client AEs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Communicate clearly with clients on pipeline status and prospecting feedback
- Hit weekly and monthly meeting booking targets
Requirements:
- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or SDR roles
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach sequencing platforms
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
