Job Description: You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for GitLab's sales organization in APAC, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top commercial talent while maintaining GitLab's commitment to equitable, structured hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across APAC
  • Partner closely with sales hiring managers to understand role requirements and build search strategies
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
  • Conduct structured interviews and manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
  • Promote GitLab's values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience
  • Provide data-driven recruitment reporting to leadership
  • Contribute to improving talent acquisition processes and playbooks

Requirements:

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally for commercial or sales roles
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
  • Understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly in tech
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Alignment with GitLab's values and commitment to equity in hiring
