Job Description: You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for GitLab's sales organization in APAC, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top commercial talent while maintaining GitLab's commitment to equitable, structured hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales roles across APAC
- Partner closely with sales hiring managers to understand role requirements and build search strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative outreach
- Conduct structured interviews and manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse
- Promote GitLab's values and employer brand throughout the candidate experience
- Provide data-driven recruitment reporting to leadership
- Contribute to improving talent acquisition processes and playbooks
Requirements:
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally for commercial or sales roles
- Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly in tech
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Alignment with GitLab's values and commitment to equity in hiring
