Job Description: An experienced, execution-oriented Technical Program Manager to drive critical cross-functional programs, ensure strategic alignment of complex engineering work, and guide distributed teams toward impactful outcomes. You'll be a trusted thought partner and hands-on delivery driver, comfortable navigating ambiguity independently with a large, complex technology organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives across teams and departments
  • Track, support, and enable teams to deliver meaningful impact with clear metrics and milestones
  • Facilitate and improve team practices, workflows, and processes at the program level
  • Lead capacity planning exercises, identify gaps, and make resource allocation recommendations
  • Partner with Product and Technology leadership to align priorities with strategic objectives
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies, and develop mitigation plans
  • Partner with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and guide decisions balancing speed, scalability, and quality
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders including volunteer contributors
  • Conduct training and coaching for program stakeholders on programmatic tools and best practices
  • Mentor and support other Technical Program Managers

Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in Technical Program Management or a related field in a product-driven or engineering-led organization
  • Strong systems thinking, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Proven success managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise in risk management, capacity planning, and strategic alignment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action

Benefits: Competitive salary adjusted by country; comprehensive US benefits package; remote-first culture; meaningful mission-driven work.
