Job Description: You'll lead initial outreach to targeted Enterprise and mid-market accounts in EMEA, working with Field and Digital Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You'll use creative prospecting to engage multiple buyer personas and generate qualified meetings and pipeline for GitLab's Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting initiatives to generate qualified meetings and pipeline in your assigned EMEA territory
  • Conduct high-level discovery conversations with target accounts and create Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
  • Research and prioritize target accounts using business and industry knowledge to identify key players and compelling events
  • Execute a multi-touch outreach cadence (call, email, social) using Outreach.io to maximize engagement
  • Manage, track, and report all prospecting activities and pipeline accurately in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Field, Corporate, and Digital Marketing and Customer Success teams on campaigns
  • Document and improve BDR processes in the GitLab handbook and mentor new BDR hires

Requirements:

  • Positive and energetic phone skills; excellent listening and writing skills
  • Based in the UK, Ireland, Germany, or Netherlands — this is a requirement for this specific role
  • Demonstrated persistence in pursuing goals and continuously improving
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Previous tech industry experience or sales development/marketing experience a plus
  • Proficiency in English required
