Job Description: You'll build and scale the data systems that power Northbeam's ML-driven marketing attribution platform. This is a backend-heavy Python engineering role requiring strong data platform expertise in a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data pipelines and infrastructure powering Northbeam's attribution and ML models
• Develop and maintain high-throughput Python data systems handling marketing event data from thousands of customers
• Collaborate with ML and data science teams on feature engineering and model infrastructure
• Optimize data processing performance and scalability as customer base grows
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years software engineering experience with strong Python backend expertise
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines and data infrastructure systems
• Familiarity with ML/data science workflows and feature engineering infrastructure
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or GCP)
• Startup experience and comfort with high ownership, fast-moving environments
