Job Description: You'll be a visionary alongside the founder—designing and shipping the models that power the product, building the data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and production infrastructure, and setting the technical direction as the company grows. This is a true founding-team role, not a hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and ship AI/ML models powering the consumer health product
• Build data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and production AI infrastructure from scratch
• Set technical direction as the company grows from pre-seed to seed and beyond
• Work directly with the founder on product and AI strategy
• Help establish IP strategy and competitive differentiation through AI capabilities

Requirements:

• Strong data science and AI engineering background with production experience
• Experience with longitudinal data, time-series, or biometric signal data preferred
• Medical and scientific rigor in how you think and evaluate model outputs (preferred but not required)
• A maker — someone who dreams the future and then builds it
• Works well collaboratively while also being capable of independent technical ownership
