Job Description: You'll lead complex engineering projects and mentor other engineers on Turquoise's platform, working with Python and modern web technologies to process and expose healthcare pricing data at scale. This role requires the ability to take on technically complex projects and shepherd them through to production independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex engineering projects from design through production
• Mentor engineers and help set technical direction for the team
• Build scalable applications using Python and modern web technologies
• Work across the stack — frontend when needed, backend and data systems as the core
• Contribute to a fast-moving team tackling some of the most complex pricing data in the US

Requirements:

• Extensive Python experience with a track record of leading complex technical projects
• Strong mentoring and technical leadership background
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving projects to completion independently
• US-based, remote work authorization
