Job Description: You'll join the newly created platform operations team at Turquoise Health — collaborating with the Data Engineering team based in Europe to drive observability, define reliability metrics, and help shape platform infrastructure for a healthcare pricing data company processing massive healthcare datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive platform observability — define metrics, set up dashboards, establish alerting
• Define reliability benchmarks and SLOs for Turquoise Health's platform
• Partner with the Data Engineering team (Europe-based) on shared platform dependencies
• Help shape the platform infrastructure strategy for a growing healthcare data company
• Build runbooks and incident response processes for a new platform function

Requirements:

• Platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience in a production SaaS environment
• Experience building observability infrastructure (metrics, logging, tracing, alerting)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferred)
• Comfortable working asynchronously with a distributed international team
• Healthcare technology experience a genuine plus
