Job Description: You'll enhance employee engagement and culture at Turquoise Health — a fully remote company where maintaining connection, belonging, and a strong people experience requires intentional effort and creative programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute virtual and in-person team events that build connection across a distributed team
• Manage the onboarding experience for new hires — ensuring they ramp effectively and feel welcomed
• Oversee people operations responsibilities including HR systems, policy administration, and employee lifecycle management
• Build and maintain employee engagement programming tailored to a remote-first culture
• Partner with leadership on people strategy, retention, and culture initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, people operations, or a people-facing people team role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creativity in designing engagement programs for fully remote teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills and genuine care for employee experience
• HR systems experience (HRIS, onboarding tools, etc.)
