Job Description: You'll be the technical and strategic partner for PostHog's growing base of self-service customers who have expanded into significant usage. You'll drive adoption, ensure customers implement PostHog correctly, and proactively surface opportunities to expand their usage across PostHog's growing product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical customer success relationship for assigned accounts
- Audit implementations, advise on best practices, and guide migrations across PostHog products
- Proactively identify adoption blockers and expansion opportunities within accounts
- Partner with Technical Account Managers on commercially significant accounts
- Feed customer insights directly to PostHog product teams — no bureaucracy in the way
- Help customers get the most value from all PostHog products, including newer ones
Requirements:
- Technical depth to understand and advise on PostHog implementations at a real engineering level
- Customer success or solutions engineering experience in a developer tools or SaaS company
- Strong async written communication for an async-first globally distributed environment
- Product curiosity — you'll need to stay current across PostHog's constantly expanding product suite
