Job Description: You'll lead full-stack development on CentralReach's healthcare software platform, building the systems that enable ABA therapy providers, educators, and employers to serve people with disabilities at scale. This role touchethe React/TypeScriptpt frontend, C# .NET backend, AWS infrastructure, and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions across the full stack
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript with Material UI
• Build and optimize high-performance backend services using C# .NET and Node.js
• Manage and provision cloud infrastructure using Terraform across multiple AWS PaaS services
• Architect complex database schemas and optimize queries in MSSQL
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and CI/CD automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and project roadmaps
• Work with generative AI tools and coding agents to improve development velocity

Skills Required: React, TypeScript, Material UI, C# .NET, Node.js, AWS, Terraform (IaC), MSSQL, REST API design, CI/CD. Preferred: Docker/Kubernetes, serverless computing, unit/integration/e2e testing frameworks.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Fluent in React, TypeScript, and Material UI for modern frontend development
• Strong C# .NET backend proficiency
• Hands-on MSSQL experience including design and performance tuning
• Proven AWS experience (or comparable cloud provider)
• Competency with IaC using Terraform
• Proficiency with generative AI tools and coding agents
