Job Description: You'll own and evolve Dashlane's web platform — the foundation that engineers building Dashlane's web product build on top of. You'll use AI tools actively to drive efficiency and impact, help set the technical direction for the web platform, and ensure Dashlane's web engineering teams can move fast without compromising quality or security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Dashlane's web platform infrastructure — the foundation for all web product development
- Define and drive best practices for web engineering across the organization
- Build platform tooling, shared libraries, and developer experience improvements
- Integrate security and compliance requirements into the web platform by design
- Actively use AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and engineering impact
- Mentor engineers and lead technical discussions across web engineering teams
Skills Required: Web platform engineering, TypeScript, React, modern browser APIs, web security, developer experience tooling, CI/CD, performance optimization, AI-assisted development.
Requirements:
- Staff-level web engineering experience with platform focus
- TypeScript and React expertise required
- Strong understanding of web security including CSP, CORS, authentication flows
- Experience building internal developer tooling and platform abstractions
- Must be based in France, UK, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or Netherlands
- Active use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or similar)
