Job Description: This is not a passive, ticket-processing support role. You'll own inbound support and ensure the product is delivered well to real estate photographers and agents. You'll handle inbound questions, quality issues, flagged photo shoots, human edit requests, and account-related problems — and you'll spot when something is actually a bug, a churn risk, a sales opportunity, or an onboarding issue, then route it correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer questions, quality concerns, flagged shoots, and account issues quickly and clearly
  • Identify whether an issue is a support question, a product bug, a churn risk, or an upsell opportunity — and route accordingly
  • Stay calm under pressure and handle urgent issues without overcomplicating them
  • Work across email inboxes, support tickets, Slack, and internal tools
  • Continuously think about how support can become faster, smarter, and more scalable over time

Skills Required: Customer communication, problem-solving, ticket management (Zendesk or similar), attention to detail, Slack, judgment.

Requirements:

  • Fast, organized, highly responsive — you treat every customer interaction with care
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High agency — takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Prior customer support, operations, or SaaS environment experience is a bonus
  • Experience in real estate media a bonus
  • Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows is a plus
