Job Description: This is not a traditional writing-only role. You'll be a high-judgment operator who writes great copy, sets and holds the editorial quality bar, reviews other writers' work, and jumps into partnerships, sales support, client messaging, positioning, and internal projects as needed. The throughline is end-to-end ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality content including founder-led content, strategic pieces, and editorial work
• Set and hold the quality bar for what "good" looks like across all company content and messaging
• Review and improve other writers' work through thoughtful critique, rewrites, and editorial refinement
• Improve messaging, positioning, and narrative clarity across all business channels
• Jump into client calls, partnerships, sales support, and internal projects as the business needs
• Act as brand voice steward — maintaining consistency of tone, positioning, and messaging

Skills Required: Copywriting, editorial judgment, proofreading, attention to detail, content strategy, brand voice, storytelling, collaboration.

Requirements:

• Strong "sentence design" ability — clarity, rhythm, persuasion, and restraint at the line level
• Quality bar setter: knows what to cut, what to emphasize, and what will confuse the reader
• Execution-first mindset — ships finished work, not just drafts or outlines
• Experience working with founders or small teams in a high-autonomy environment
