Job Description: You'll lead motion design and post-production for VAAS — creating high-quality animated content for brand and agency clients, leveraging AI tools to accelerate production, and guiding the creative direction of video assets from brief through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead motion design and post-production on creative projects for brand and agency clients
• Create animated graphics, video compositions, and visual effects across social media, advertising, and branded content formats
• Use AI tools (image generation, AI video, SFX) to accelerate and enhance production
• Propose, test, and iterate on new content formats based on performance insights
• Brief and guide video editors and junior designers on production expectations
• Maintain consistency of brand visual language across all motion assets

Skills Required: After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, motion design, video editing, storytelling, AI production tools (Midjourney, Sora, or similar), post-production workflow management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a motion designer with strong post-production depth
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality brand and marketing motion design work
• Ability to take scripts, footage, or design boards and turn them into clear, engaging videos
• Experience incorporating AI tools into production workflows
• Comfortable managing multiple projects with tight timelines
• Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
