Job Description: You'll manage ongoing client relationships at Dofollow Inc., ensuring link-building campaigns are delivered well and clients feel supported, informed, and retained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing client relationships and ensure satisfaction with link-building campaign deliveries
- Proactively communicate campaign progress and results to clients
- Identify and address client concerns before they become escalations
- Coordinate with the link-building and outreach teams on client-specific requirements
- Handle onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth campaign kick-offs
Skills Required: Account management, customer service, attention to detail, clear written communication, client onboarding, CRM tools, problem-solving, customer orientation.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Clear, professional written communication skills
- Understanding of SEO or digital marketing a strong bonus
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Self-directed with the ability to work in a fully remote environment
