Job Description: You'll manage client relationships for Roezan's marketing automation platform, helping clients succeed with SMS and email marketing — from onboarding through long-term retention and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure they're set up for success on the Roezan platform
- Manage ongoing client relationships and proactively address issues before they become problems
- Guide clients on best practices for SMS and email marketing automation campaigns
- Track client health and escalate churn risks to leadership
- Gather client feedback and relay product insights to the development team
Skills Required: Customer success, client onboarding, clear communication, attention to detail, SMS/email marketing familiarity, CRM tools, problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, SMS marketing, or email marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed with a customer-first mindset in a remote environment
