Job Description: Entry to mid-level technical support role providing customer assistance via phone, email, and chat for a SaaS or technology product. You'll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through product features, and escalate complex problems to the engineering or product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers to solutions using documentation and decision trees
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues with clear documentation to engineering or product
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and FAQ updates based on customer interactions
Skills Required: Technical troubleshooting, written and verbal communication, CRM tools, ticketing systems, patience, attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
- Comfortable guiding customers through software troubleshooting steps
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools and CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
