Job Description: You'll lead SEO strategy and execution for Do It Right Plumbers — combining local SEO, technical audits, content strategy, and link-building to drive organic traffic and qualified leads for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local SEO strategies for multiple service area markets
• Create and optimize content for target keywords using Ahrefs and related tools
• Build and manage link-building campaigns (outreach, guest posts, citations)
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement recommendations
• Track rankings, traffic, and lead generation metrics and report to leadership

Skills Required: Ahrefs, local SEO, link building, on-page and off-page SEO, content marketing, keyword research, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, technical SEO basics.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO experience with demonstrated ranking improvements
• Strong link-building skills and outreach experience
• Local SEO experience across multiple service area markets preferred
• Proficiency with Ahrefs or similar SEO tool
• Comfortable working in a small, agile team with direct accountability for results
