Job Description: As an Onepilot agent, you're a freelance support specialist handling customer requests on behalf of Onepilot's business clients via email, chat, or phone. After completing short e-learning training courses for each client you're assigned to, you'll access a knowledge base that equips you to resolve real customer issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete e-learning training modules for each new client assignment (varies by client complexity)
  • Access and use client-specific knowledge bases to resolve customer inquiries accurately
  • Handle customer requests via email, chat, or phone on behalf of Onepilot's business clients
  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week (you set your own schedule)
  • Maintain high ticket resolution quality to earn the quality performance bonus
  • Resolve each ticket thoroughly and within the expected handling time

Skills Required: Problem-solving, clear written and verbal communication, technological comfort, self-management, ability to learn new knowledge bases quickly.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with technology — you'll use Onepilot's proprietary platform and client tools
  • Strong communicator, both written and spoken
  • Available a minimum of 20 hours per week (flexible when within that commitment)
  • Dynamic, curious, solutions-oriented personality
  • US residency for the US-based listing
