Job Description: A live chat and email customer support role for a financial services platform. You'll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases—all while staying current on product terms, offers, and features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through live chat and email channels
  • Maintain a prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer issues and queries efficiently
  • Keep up to date with product terms, offers, and platform functions
  • Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments
  • Perform first-step investigations on issues and queries before escalating

Skills Required: Live chat support, email support, customer service, empathy, attention to detail, ability to learn and stay current on product features.

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing experience in customer support or service roles
  • Comfortable with live chat and email-based support workflows
  • Ability to maintain calm and professionalism during challenging customer interactions
  • Based in one of the eligible Eastern European countries listed above
