Job Description: A customer service role supporting students, educators, and institutional clients of an educational publisher — handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving billing questions, processing orders, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service inquiries from students, educators, and institutions via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders and resolve billing issues accurately
- Provide clear, helpful product information and navigation support
- Document all interactions in CRM or ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors as appropriate
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores in a performance-tracked environment
Skills Required: Customer service, phone and email support, order processing, billing basics, attention to detail, clear communication.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience required
- Comfortable with inbound phone calls, emails, and chat channels simultaneously
- Open availability for shifts across Sunday–Saturday
