Job Description: You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end client experience across Cotality's portfolio of Prime clients — acting as the primary point of accountability for client outcomes across satisfaction, retention, renewal, and value realization. This is a long-term relationship role, focused on helping clients achieve real, ongoing value from Prime post-onboarding through long-term adoption, optimization, and renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end client experience for your portfolio of Prime clients—from post-onboarding through renewal
- Act as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction, retention, renewal, and value realization
- Hands-on configuration and ongoing updates within the prime ecosystem to support client workflows and operational requirements
- Work directly in the platform to set up, adjust, and optimize client environments as needs evolve
- Support clients to adopt best-practice workflows across the prime ecosystem
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities in client implementations
- Work closely with internal delivery, product, and commercial teams to coordinate solutions
- Drive expansion and renewal outcomes—this is not a sales role, but you'll play a critical part in retention and growth
- Business travel required from time to time (client site visits, industry events and conferences)
Skills Required: Client success, account management, SaaS or technology-enabled platform experience, relationship management, configuration and platform setup, renewal management, risk identification.
Requirements:
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Customer Success (SaaS or technology-enabled platforms preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and competing priorities simultaneously
- Experience with hands-on platform configuration and client workflow setup
- High degree of autonomy and self-management
- Insurance, building, or restoration industry experience a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events
