Job Description: You'll help keep GitLab predictable, well-capitalized, and strategy-aligned by turning complex financial data into clear insights for leaders across the company. You'll own critical company-wide planning and forecasting processes; drive revenue and cash flow analysis; support quarterly earnings materials, and maintain the operating and long-term financial models that feed executive and Board-level decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead revenue forecasting and planning across ARR, churn, and expansion components
• Develop financial models and reporting for finance leadership
• Drive process improvements with a focus on automation and AI-enabled analysis
• Partner with accounting and compensation teams on shared planning needs
• Prepare commentary and insights for CFO, board, and audit committee discussions
• Evaluate workflows and replace manual processes with scalable approaches

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate FP&A with ownership of revenue forecasting or financial modeling
• Working knowledge of SaaS revenue concepts (ARR, churn, expansion)
• Experience using automation in finance workflows
• Curiosity about applying AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to analysis and process improvement
• Direct and transparent communication in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
