Job Description: You'll drive company growth by acquiring relationships with hospitals and health systems — combining strategic partnership development with enterprise sales execution. The role demands both technical healthcare acumen and strong deal-closing skills across in-person and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting of hospitals and health systems
- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting through close, including MSAs and multi-product deals
- Develop and execute strategic sales presentations using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and DHC
- Build C-Suite relationships across hospital systems and healthcare organizations
- Negotiate commercial agreements and structure major enterprise partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategy with product innovation
- Optimize strategies to maximize economic outcomes and accelerate product adoption
Requirements:
- 5+ years in healthcare technology sales, specifically selling to hospitals and health systems
- 10+ years total sales experience with proven track record in pipeline generation
- Demonstrated success in cold prospecting and opening new logos within healthcare systems
- Experience negotiating MSAs and strategic partnership agreements
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Experience selling staffing or workforce management solutions to C-Suite healthcare executives
