Summary
As an Account Manager, you will drive SilverChef’s growth across the U.S. by developing and strengthening relationships with equipment dealers and foodservice operators. Using a hands‑on, field‑based approach, you’ll expand our dealer network by introducing new partners to Rent‑Try‑Buy and demonstrating how our financing solutions help increase profitability.
By combining personal relationship-building with our market-leading technology and online integration capabilities, you’ll help dealers and customers navigate their financing options seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on face‑to‑face engagement, enjoys building long‑term partnerships, and wants to help redefine equipment financing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with equipment dealers, serving as their trusted financing partner.
- Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new dealer partners, using a hands-on, personalized approach to relationship-building.
- Educate and train equipment dealer sales teams on the features and benefits of Rent-Try-Buy, ensuring they can effectively communicate the value to their customers.
- Work closely with dealer partners to progress financing deals, providing ongoing support to streamline transactions and drive sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including credit, funding, and operations—to efficiently manage deals through our proprietary platform.
- Identify and contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance business opportunities for both dealer partners and SilverChef.
- Regularly communicate with dealers, customers, and colleagues via in-person meetings, phone calls, and email to maintain strong partnerships and ensure a seamless financing experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or Hospitality Management
- 2+ year of industry experience in leasing or finance related sales (preferred), OR
- 2+ year of sales experience in Foodservice/Hospitality equipment, or related industry sales (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Compensation:
- $70,000 base salary, plus monthly commissions + discretionary semi-annual bonus
- Car Allowance to support travel and relationship-building efforts
