Job Description: A senior finance operations role managing global payroll and finance processes for PostHog's 300+ employees worldwide—ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration across multiple countries and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage global payroll processes end-to-end for 300+ employees across 60+ countries
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, tax laws, and payroll requirements globally
• Maintain accurate and timely payroll administration across multiple payroll providers and EOR arrangements
• Work with the People and Ops team on headcount planning, compensation, and finance reporting
• Partner with Finance leadership on budgeting, reporting, and strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience managing global payroll or multi-country HR operations
• Strong understanding of international employment regulations, tax withholding, and compliance requirements
• Organized and detail-oriented with high accuracy standards for payroll-critical work
• Comfortable operating in a small, autonomous team where you own the outcome
