Job Description: The Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement Programs is a high-impact role focused on designing and delivering onboarding and training programs across Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Support. You'll shape how GTM teams ramp, perform, and grow at Customer.io.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overhaul of the onboarding program across all Revenue roles and integrate the EVOLVE skills training program into the sales process
  • Design and deliver ongoing training for pipeline generation, customer lifecycle, and technical support domains
  • Implement sales methodology frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.) as the company scales
  • Own the program development roadmap for onboarding and ongoing skills enablement
  • Partner with Sales, CS, Partnerships, Support, Product Enablement, Process & Tools Enablement, and RevOps
  • Track program effectiveness and continuously improve based on data and performance feedback

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or related field
  • 1+ years of managing or mentoring others
  • Previous experience in a Sales role
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, etc.)
  • Proven ability to design, build, execute, and scale enablement programs

Skills Required: Sales methodology frameworks, instructional design, LMS platforms, GTM enablement, MEDDPICC, data storytelling, stakeholder management
