Job Description: You'll have conversations with AI chatbots to measure their progress and write novel conversations to teach them what to say. You'll evaluate AI chatbot logic, solve reasoning problems, and help improve the quality of AI models being used by millions of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Have structured conversations with AI chatbots to measure their progress
• Write novel, high-quality conversation examples that teach chatbots what to say
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, logic, tone, and appropriateness
• Identify weaknesses in AI reasoning and help create content that corrects them
• Complete quality assessments to maintain eligibility for ongoing projects
• Work between 5–20 hours per week (flexible up to 40 hours)

Skills Required: Clear written communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, research and fact-checking, English writing proficiency.

Requirements:

• Must reside in the United States
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
