Job Description: You'll manage data programs for Pulse Labs, coordinating across research, product, and operations teams to ensure that human feedback collection runs accurately, on time, and at scale. You'll build and improve the operational systems that make AI training data programs work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of data collection and annotation programs
• Coordinate between research, product, client, and operations teams to deliver program milestones
• Build and maintain program reporting dashboards and communicate status to stakeholders
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase quality, throughput, and speed
• Partner with QA teams to maintain data accuracy and annotation quality standards
• Support client relationships with clear communication on program delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in program or project management, ideally in a data, research, or AI context
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple concurrent programs
• Experience with data collection, annotation, or research operations a strong plus
• Excellent written communication for distributed team collaboration
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Jira, or similar)
