Job Description: A hands-on senior AI/ML engineering role taking models from prototype to production in AWS for federal government clients. You'll work across Python, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, making practical trade-off decisions and mentoring other engineers on a small, expert team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI/ML solutions from proof-of-concept through full production deployment in AWS
• Work across Python data engineering, ML pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
• Evaluate new AI/ML tools and frameworks and make practical, mission-driven trade-offs
• Mentor engineers and lead small technical teams
• Ensure systems meet federal security and compliance requirements

Skills Required: Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, AWS (SageMaker and related services), data pipelines, ML deployment, cloud infrastructure, federal compliance awareness.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering
• Production experience deploying ML systems in AWS
• Strong communication skills for both technical and government stakeholder audiences
• Eligible for Public Trust clearance (US person)
