Job Description: You'll produce authoritative research on AI infrastructure and compute — covering data centers, GPUs, cloud compute, cooling technology, and the supply chain dynamics shaping the AI hardware ecosystem. Your work directly informs the strategic decisions of global technology leaders, enterprises, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and publish authoritative Gartner research on AI infrastructure and compute markets
  • Track GPU and accelerator market dynamics including supply/demand, pricing, and vendor positioning
  • Advise enterprise clients on AI infrastructure strategy, procurement, and vendor decisions
  • Represent Gartner at conferences, briefings, and media engagements as a subject matter expert
  • Build and maintain relationships with leading technology vendors across the AI compute ecosystem
  • Collaborate with other Gartner analysts across adjacent technology research areas

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in AI infrastructure, data center compute, GPU ecosystems, or related markets
  • Experience as an industry analyst, technology strategist, or senior technology executive with research/advisory background
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for an executive audience
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and market information into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfort engaging directly with C-suite clients on sensitive and high-stakes strategic decisions
