Job Description: PostHog is 100% inbound right now — 1,000+ companies sign up every week. Your job is to identify the highest-value inbound accounts, engage them proactively, and build a predictable outbound pipeline for PostHog's growing product suite. This is the rare BDR role that actually has strong product-market fit working in its favor from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage high-value inbound leads from PostHog's 1,000+ weekly signups
  • Build outbound pipeline for PostHog products targeting companies fitting the ICP
  • Conduct outreach across channels (email, Slack, LinkedIn) to qualified prospects
  • Qualify leads and book discovery meetings with the right PostHog Account Executives
  • Become genuinely knowledgeable about PostHog's full product suite to qualify meaningfully
  • Track activities and pipeline accurately using PostHog's tools

Requirements:

  • Sales development experience or equivalent BDR background
  • Strong written communication skills — PostHog is async-first and email/Slack heavy
  • Genuine curiosity about developer tools, analytics, or SaaS
  • Self-directed work style with high initiative
