Job Description: You'll own customer retention end-to-end — building systems, automations, and personal relationships to ensure no customer churns once they're using the platform. This is an outbound-heavy, relationship-driven role requiring someone proactive and persistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full customer retention function — build systems, automations, and relationships to prevent churn
- Call unsubscribed customers to collect feedback and conduct the winback process
- Call customers who report low quality ratings in real time to proactively prevent churn and consult on issue prevention
- Proactively call existing users to collect feedback and mitigate risks before they escalate
- Build and maintain retention automations that scale beyond manual outreach
Skills Required: Phone-based outreach, customer relationship management, churn prevention, CRM tools, retention strategy, proactive communication.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer success, retention, sales, or account management role
- Comfortable with outbound phone calls — this is a phone-forward role
- Persistence and empathy as core traits
- Ability to build systems and automations, not just manage one-on-one relationships
- Real estate or SaaS background a bonus
