Job Description: You'll architect the conversion funnel for Forager's new web application — driving user acquisition and maximizing the conversion of free users to paid subscribers. You'll own both the product-led growth motion and the sales-led GTM pipeline generation function simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to convert free users to paid subscriptions
  • Own the sales-led GTM motion and pipeline generation function
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with high-potential leads and prospects
  • Build and optimize the conversion funnel from first touch through paid activation
  • Analyze funnel metrics, run experiments, and iterate to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with product and marketing to align growth strategy with product capabilities
  • Report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue growth metrics to leadership

Skills Required: Growth marketing, product-led growth, conversion funnel optimization, outbound sales, CRM management, data analysis, SaaS GTM experience, lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in growth marketing, sales, or demand generation at a SaaS company
  • Experience owning both marketing-led and sales-led growth motions
  • Data-driven approach to conversion optimization and pipeline management
  • Strong written and verbal communication for prospect outreach and leadership reporting
  • Self-directed and comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
