Job Description: You'll work on Category Labs' compiler infrastructure — building the systems that compile and optimize code for their high-performance decentralized platform. This is serious low-level systems work that directly impacts how their network runs at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build compiler infrastructure for Category Labs' blockchain platform
• Work on language tooling, optimization passes, and code generation
• Collaborate with systems engineers and researchers on performance-critical infrastructure
• Contribute to correctness and safety guarantees in a distributed execution environment

Skills Required: Compilers, systems programming (Rust, C++, or similar), distributed systems, performance optimization, LLVM or similar compiler infrastructure experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Deep compilers and systems programming experience
• Background in Rust, C++, or similar low-level systems languages
• Experience with compiler design, optimization, or program analysis
• Comfortable working in a research-driven, fast-moving environment
